Recently, owners have reported to us that they have been contacted by third-party organizations soliciting them for rental or resale purposes. In some instances, the individuals making these solicitations have said or implied that they are Wyndham or associated with Wyndham. These organizations are contacting our owners through telephone calls, e-mails or letters and are asking our owners to list their timeshare for resale or to list their points/credits for rent.

Please be aware that these organizations are not associated with WorldMark by Wyndham or any other Wyndham company.

We are currently investigating these matters and are taking action against individuals and / or companies who are allegedly misrepresenting themselves to our owners as being affiliated with WorldMark by Wyndham.

So that you may take appropriate steps to protect yourself, we encourage our owners to review the following information.

• Before entering into any agreement with a third-party organization, please ensure that the company is reputable and that you fully understand the terms and conditions.
• Be wary of any company that requires you to pay listing or advertising fees before performing any service or requires you to assign use of your [points/credits] to them in anticipation of resale.
• Never give your membership number or personal account information to an organization or individual that you are not sure is reputable.

Rest assured that the security of our owners’ accounts and information is a priority to everyone at WorldMark by Wyndham and we do not provide owner information to any of these third party rental or resale companies.
