In the event of an unexpected resort closure, if you have an upcoming reservation, we will notify you via email if it is impacted. We will cancel your reservation for you - you do not need to take any action. Your vacation credits and housekeeping will be returned to your account within 72 hours.

Most resorts are open and our teams are excited to welcome owners on vacation! The standard cancellation policy is now in effect, with the exception of certain resort locations.
These specific resorts have varying temporary flexible cancellation policy dates depending on resort closures and local travel restrictions. Click here to find out which resorts have extended the temporary flexible cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel an upcoming reservation at one of these specific resorts, you can do so online without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Your vacation credits and housekeeping will be returned to your account within 72 hours.

One night bookings change.
Now that most of your WorldMark resorts are back open, we're staying Vacation Ready and raising the bar for excellence in cleanliness. With our enhanced health and safety protocols in place, our cleaning teams need a little extra time to ensure we're ready for you. Effective Sept. 3, 2020, we'll suspend one night bookings so we're able to better prepare for arriving owners and help you travel with peace of mind.
New resort checkout time.
We continue to take steps to ensure your vacations are safer than ever before. As another way to help our cleaning teams fully implement and fulfill our Vacation Ready protocols, the checkout time across all WorldMark by Wyndham resorts will be changed to 10 a.m., effective Aug. 29, 2020. This change will ensure we can efficiently and safely get your vacation off to a great start. We've also heard your feedback that you want to get on vacation as soon as possible when you reach your destination — and this change will help us better prepare for your arrival.
