Become a Quality Advocate and enhance your owner experience

The Quality Advocate program was developed with one goal: to enhance the sales experience for all owners. If selected, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback to a third-party vendor about your owner update session. Plus, you may even qualify for cash incentives or partial reimbursement of your travel expenses. You’ll help owners get more out of their updates while making exciting vacation memories.

Registering is quick and easy.

  1. Visit tns.clientsmart.com to register as a "New Shopper" through WorldMark's third-party vendor.

  2. Select "Yes" in the demographics section when asked if you're a WorldMark owner, and submit your registration.

That's it! Once you're approved for the program, you'll start to receive emails with open assignments at select resorts. You must apply for the assignment(s) that you want before attending a session.

To be eligible, you must have at least one active WorldMark ownership and be current on all ownership fees. You will only be selected to participate if you already have a vacation booked at a WorldMark resort. As a member of the Quality Advocate program, you may be asked to travel to specific resort locations in order to provide feedback. You can participate multiple times a year, however, some restrictions apply.
