Online Reservations Guidelines
Booking online through the WorldMark Web site is subject to the same guidelines as defined in the Club Guidelines for WorldMark, the Club and the TravelShare Program Rules.

Making online reservations:
On this website you may book a single available WorldMark resort unit where the arrival date is no more than 13 months in advance.

Owner Criteria:
In order to book a reservation online, the owner must meet the following criteria:
  1. The owner's account must be current on contract, dues, and reservation payments.
  2. The owner assumes responsibility for any reservation confirmation completed using the owner number and password. Keep your password in a safe place.
  3. The owner must provide a valid email address upon registering for online reservations.
Guest Usage:
An owner is allowed guest usage during the e-booking process if the reservation meets the same criteria as defined in the Club Guidelines and TravelShare Program Rules. The guest's first and last names are required along with identification upon check-in.

Payment for Reservations:
Any charges incurred during online reservations will be detailed and displayed during the reservation process. A valid credit card is required for payment. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If the owner has any previous unpaid reservation charges the balance will be collected at the time of the online reservation. The past due amount will be added to the total charge of the reservation being made online.
Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. The Club will not be responsible for lost documents or timeliness of bookings when done by letter, fax, or email. Owners may cancel reservations without penalty by giving written, telephone, or fax notice within the following periods:

For Reservations Made No Later Than:
  • 91 days to 13 months in advance: 30 days before use
  • 15 days to 90 days in advance: 10 days before use
  • 48 hours to 14 days in advance: 48 hours before use
  • 0 hours to 48 hours in advance: No cancellation
48-hour waiting period:
There is an enforced 48-hour waiting period between a cancellation and a new reservation under criteria as defined in the Club Guidelines and TravelShare Program Rules.
  1. Time Limit: Once an owner begins the online reservation process it must be completed within 15 minutes.
  2. Hours of Operation: Online reservations are available from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Pacific Time, 7 days a week.
