WorldMark Phoenix - South Mountain Preserve
Natural Treasures Abound. WorldMark Phoenix - South Mountain Preserve is located inside the largest nature preserve within city limits in the world, at the base of South Mountain. The Apache Trail leads determined hikers deep into the wild of the Sonoran Desert, or for a more domesticated setting, unearth the native flora by a gentle stroll though the Desert Botanical Gardens. Discover some of Arizona's incredible sights such as the Red Rocks of Sedona, Montezuma Castle and one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World: the Grand Canyon. Closer to home, Old Town Scottsdale Historic District features eclectic shopping, unconventional art galleries, and quirky eateries. The Heard Museum, founded in 1929, is renowned as one of the best places to learn about American Indian arts and culture and, for a total change of scenery, downtown Phoenix, with it's myriad of entertainment, shopping and dining options is only fifteen minutes away.
Resort Fun. WorldMark Phoenix is beautifully detailed and expertly crafted to reflect the native spirit of the surrounding wilderness landscape. The comfortable units feature Roman tubs and authentic local artwork. After a day exploring head over to one of the on-site barbecue grills and enjoy a cook-out with friends under the twinkling stars of the desert skies. If a chill-out day is needed, just relax by the pool complete with an attractive waterfall feature or sink into the hot tub and enjoy the surrounding views. Wi-fi is available in the common areas, so you can email your spectacular photos of nature to family. When you're ready to explore again try a desert jeep tour, a ride in a hot air balloon or a trip to the Phoenix Zoo!
