TravelShare Program Rules
WorldMark by Wyndham has established the TravelShare Program ("TravelShare") whereby an owner of WorldMark, The Club ("WorldMark Owner") who is a member of TravelShare ("TravelShare Member") can redeem certain WorldMark® vacation credits (WorldMark Credits that are TravelShare Qualified ("WTS Credits")) for vacation and travel opportunities outside of the WorldMark Program ("Benefits"). WorldMark by Wyndham has further established these TravelShare Program Rules ("Program Rules"), which may be amended from time to time, in connection with the use of the Benefits described in the Program Guide. Benefits are also subject to the separate terms and conditions of their individual providers and are subject to change from time to time.

The following WorldMark vacation credits are eligible to be TravelShare Qualified ("WTS Credits"): (i) WorldMark vacation credits owned before November 5, 2006; (ii) WorldMark vacation credits acquired from WorldMark by Wyndham, or a subsidiary or affiliated company of WorldMark by Wyndham, on or after November 5, 2006; (iii) WTS Credits transferred from an Immediate Family Member; and (iv) other types of credits issued by WorldMark by Wyndham, or a subsidiary or affiliate of WorldMark by Wyndham, as determined by WorldMark by Wyndham from time to time.

  1. RCI® Membership: TravelShare® membership includes a membership in RCI. Each year, a TravelShare Member may exchange WorldMark vacation credits for full week or nightly stays at participating RCI-affiliated resorts. Annual membership in RCI is provided at no additional cost subject to the TravelShare Member being in good standing. Exchanging through RCI requires specific exchange fees, and may include additional housekeeping fees and taxes. Exchanging through RCI-affiliated resorts is subject to RCI terms and conditions as established by RCI. Fees are subject to change without notice from RCI.
  2. Affiliate Resorts and Hotels: Entitles a TravelShare Member to redeem WTS Credits for reservations at certain resorts affiliated with WorldMark by Wyndham. Reservations are subject to availability and are made available through The Exchange Network ("TEN"). TravelShare Members will be subject to rules and guidelines of operation that may be applicable at each affiliated resort. The time period to make a reservation at an affiliate resort may vary. TravelShare Members may only use WTS Credits for reservations at affiliate resorts. TravelShare Member is responsible for any taxes payable in connection with an exchange to an affiliate resort. The cancellation provisions set forth below shall apply in connection with the cancellation of an affiliate resort reservation:

    TravelShare Members may cancel reservations at affiliate resorts without penalty by giving email, written or telephone notice, which must be received within the following time periods:
    For Reservations Made
    91 days to 13 months in advance
    15 days to 90 days in advance
    No Later Than
    30 days before check-in
    10 days before check-in
    For Reservations Made
    48 hours to 14 days in advance
    0 hours to 48 hours
    No Later Than
    48 hours before check-in
    No cancellation

    If cancelled in less than the required number of days, the TravelShare Member will be charged the applicable number of WTS Credits. After check-in, there is no refund of the WTS Credits in the event of an early check-out.

    Cancellations by telephone must be received by calling 1-800-457-0103 during business hours, Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-7 p.m. PT, or Sat.-Sun., 8 a.m.-5 p.m. PT. These hours are subject to change.

  3. WorldMark ResortNet 2 Service:TravelShare Members are eligible to receive complimentary wireless Internet access at more than 60 participating WorldMark®-managed resorts. (Refer to the current Daily Vacation Credit Values Guide to determine which resorts offer wireless Internet). The number of complimentary concurrent devices depends on the following TravelShare/Elite tier levels:

    • TravelShare – 2 devices
    • Silver Elite Owners – 4 devices
    • Diamond Elite Owners – 6 devices
    • Platinum Elite Owners – 8 devices



  4. Access for additional devices may be purchased for a nominal fee. Please see the ResortNet 2 log-in screen for more information. This benefit will be available to TravelShare Members and Elite Owners approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date their TravelShare Membership Agreement is processed.
  5. Connections: Entitles a TravelShare Member to redeem WTS Credits for special group travel, and activities that may be available from time to time. All travel and activities are subject to change or substitution without notice. Travel and activities may be arranged through third-party providers. Travel and activities are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on specific travel or activity offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific travel or activity. WTS Credits may not be borrowed from a future year for benefits.
  6. Quarterly Collection: Entitles a TravelShare Member to redeem WTS Credits for select vacation and travel options made available on a quarterly basis. Quarterly Collection vacation and travel options are subject to change or substitution without notice, and are subject to additional terms and conditions of the travel providers. Vacation and travel options may be arranged through third-party providers. Travel options are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on specific vacation and travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific vacation or travel option. WTS Credits may not be borrowed from a future year for benefits.
  7. Wyndham Rewards® Redemption: TravelShare Members may redeem Wyndham Rewards points toward their WorldMark dues. Please visit wyndhamrewards.com or call 1-866-996-7937 for more information.
  8. My Savings: TravelShare and Silver Elite Owners may renew an annual membership for My Savings at a discounted price. Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners may renew My Savings each year, at no additional cost. Please refer to the WorldMark® by Wyndham My Savings Benefits Guide or visit wbwmysavings.com for more information.
  9. Elite Rental: WorldMark® by Wyndham Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners are eligible to rent WorldMark vacation credits for use in connection with WorldMark reservations as set forth in the current TravelShare Fees sheet.

    TravelShare Members may rent vacation credits up to thirteen (13) months prior to arrival following the same guidelines set forth in the current WorldMark Resort Directory. A maximum fourteen (14) night rental is permitted. Rental of vacation credits is subject to availability. A reservation must be made at the time vacation credits are rented. The rental fee is payable at the time of the reservation. Rental fees are determined by WorldMark by Wyndham and are subject to change. These fees may be found in the current TravelShare Fees sheet. Reservations may include Weekend Only Reservations, as defined in the WorldMark, The Club Guidelines, with the following limitations:
    1. Silver Elite Owners – 1 per calendar quarter per 10,000 WTS Credits owned
    2. Diamond Elite Owners – 1 per calendar quarter per 10,000 WTS Credits owned
    3. Platinum Elite Owners – Unlimited
    TravelShare Members may cancel reservations utilizing the rental of vacation credits without penalty by giving e-mail, written or telephone notice, which must be received within the following time periods:

    15 days to 90 days in advance
    No Later Than
    30 days before check-in
    10 days before check-in
    For Reservations Made
    48 hours to 14 days in advance
    0 hours to 48 hours

    Cancellations made within the specified time periods will result in a refund of the rental fees paid. If cancellation occurs in less than the required number of days, there will be no refund of the rental fees paid. After check-in, there is no refund of rental fees in the event of an early check-out. Blackout dates at certain resorts may apply. This benefit is for TravelShare Member’s use only and TravelShare Member must be present at check-in. Applicable housekeeping fees are included with the vacation credits rented. No more than 10% of the units per resort may be reserved utilizing rented vacation credits by any particular TravelShare Member. Additionally, WorldMark by Wyndham reserves the right to limit the rental of vacation credits for specific accommodations based on demand and availability.
  10. 9-Month and 13-Month Elite Reservation Assistance: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners may request an electronic (email) reminder seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the 13-month reservation window and seven (7) days prior to the 9-month reservation window. WorldMark by Wyndham is not responsible for undeliverable messages or recipient's equipment malfunctions. This Benefit does not guarantee that any specific reservation will be available.
  11. Personal Choice: Diamond Elite Owners may redeem, every other anniversary year, a maximum of one (1) year’s allotment of WTS Credits toward the purchase of a qualified travel option made available through WorldMark by Wyndham. Platinum Elite Owners may redeem, every anniversary year, a maximum of one (1) year’s allotment of WTS Credits toward the purchase of a qualified travel option made available through WorldMark by Wyndham. Travel options are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific travel option.
  12. WorldMark TravelSecure®: WorldMark TravelSecure is a comprehensive travel assistance and insurance program. Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners are eligible for coverage through this program at no additional cost. They will be automatically enrolled and their coverage will commence within 4-6 weeks of the contract date creating the Diamond or Platinum Elite tier level. Limits and restrictions apply.
  13. Elite Now: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners are eligible for last-minute deals and limited-time benefits and discounts provided by WorldMark by Wyndham’s partners. Offers are subject to change or substitution without notice, and are subject to additional terms and conditions of the partner. Vacation and travel options may be arranged through third-party providers. Travel options are subject to availability. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on specific benefit or discount option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of offer.
  14. Travel A la Carte: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners are eligible to redeem WTS Credits for a variety of vacation and travel options that may be made available from time to time. All vacation and travel options are subject to change or substitution without notice, and are subject to availability. Vacation and travel options may be arranged through third-party providers. Additional transaction fees, taxes and incidental charges may apply. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific vacation and travel option offered. Cancellation terms and policies will be provided at time of booking the specific vacation or travel option. WTS Credits may not be borrowed from a future year for benefits.
  15. On Sale: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners may redeem WTS Credits for regional attractions and services made available by WorldMark by Wyndham. All regional attractions and services are subject to availability. Any offers may be discontinued at any time. WTS Credits may not be borrowed from a future year for benefits.
  16. Movie Rental: Silver and Diamond Owners may receive one complimentary movie rental, per reservation, at WorldMark®- managed resorts. Platinum Elite Owners may receive unlimited complimentary movie rentals at WorldMark-managed resorts. Platinum Elite Owners may check out up to two (2) movies at one time for unlimited number of times per stay. Choice of movie rentals is limited to those which are available at the resort and does not include pay-per-view movie services at resorts with such a service.
  17. Elite Grocery Email Notification: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners will be provided an electronic (email) reminder seven (7) days prior to the check-in date. WorldMark by Wyndham is not responsible for undeliverable messages or recipient’s equipment malfunctions. This benefit is available at select WorldMark-managed resorts.
  18. Complimentary Housekeeping: Platinum Elite Owners are eligible for one (1) complimentary cleaning at the end of each stay at WorldMark accommodations when using their WTS Credits for payment. In the event non-WTS Credits are used for an accommodation, a WorldMark Housekeeping will be charged.
  19. Owner Card: An owner card will be issued to all TravelShare Members. This card will have the toll-free reservation number and Elite Owners will present it at the expedited check-in area.
  20. Elite News Flash: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners are eligible to receive an advance email notification of new products, services and resort features. WorldMark by Wyndham is not responsible for undeliverable messages or recipient's equipment malfunctions.
  21. Friends First® Rewards: Silver, Diamond and Platinum Elite Owners may be eligible to receive additional Rewards in connection with the referral of friends and family who became WorldMark owners based on the following:
    • Silver Elite Owners – 10% more Friends First Rewards
    • Diamond Elite Owners – 15% more Friends First Rewards
    • Platinum Elite Owners – 20% more Friends First Rewards

  22. Fun Time: This benefit is available only to Legacy TravelShare Members. A Legacy TravelShare Member is defined as a TravelShare Member who was enrolled in the TravelShare program as of January 23, 2012, and continues to be enrolled in the TravelShare program thereafter. Any Legacy TravelShare Member whose TravelShare membership is cancelled or terminated on or after January 24, 2012, for any reason, and who subsequently enrolls in the TravelShare program will no longer be a Legacy TravelShare Member and will not have Fun Time as a benefit of their TravelShare membership.   23. Miscellaneous: All travel or activity offers that include airline tickets or activity tickets (such as theme parks) are considered final transactions. WTS Credits redeemed for these Benefits are nonrefundable. WTS Credits redeemed for other TravelShare Benefits may not be refundable based on the specific Benefit offered. WTS Credits may not be borrowed from a future year for benefits.
